my life has been far from easy these last few weeks. my mind is running laps and i'm so emotionally drained that honestly the last thing i've thought about is blogging. my beautiful grandma passed about two weeks ago and it was probably the hardest thing i've had to go through. loosing someone you love is never easy...and it's been nothing but hard on my family. 

but in other news, i thought i would share some instagram outfits! i wore some of these to school and some on the weekend when i'm just running errands with my family or phillip. i hope you still enjoy reading and seeing my looks! i think given my limited time schedule, i might be doing this more often. and plus you can see what i really wear out and about. oh, and how would you guys feel if i highlighted some of my favorite iphone apps every once and awhile? so i may have let you all down, but i sure hope not. i caught a case of the uninspired bug and it was killing me. i just didn't want you all to have to see my be drab instead of fab. i also am learning that sometimes taking time away from the computer is a good thing...considering school is about to start and i will be spending WAY TOO MUCH time on it then. the break was good and gave me time to think about where i want my blog to go and what changes i want to make. (i hope you bear with me and help hold my hand while i try and figure things out)

haha, and yeah these pictures are from about a month ago while i was still dreaming in venice...someone want to take me back, my bags are packed? it was the most beautiful, romantic, blissful, darling, rich, cultured, charming and jaw-dropping place on this earth (and no that was not me exaggerating!) and aren't my sister and mom just the most gorgeous girls ever!

when you close your eyes and picture Greece, what do you see?

do these pictures make you feel like you just walked through the prettiest postcard ever? i mean wow Santorini, Greece is the most beautiful place i have ever been to in my life. everywhere you turned there was a perfect spot for a picture. the day was literally perfect and started with a trip to one of the most popular greek wineries where we got to do some yummy sampling...mmmm i still remember how yummy it was. and then the rest of the day just consisted of lots of little towns to shop in and tons of jaw dropping views of the ocean and blue and white domed cities. 

oh and i must not forget to mention that we all...yes my mom, dad, sister and i rode down the mountain on donkeys. to say the least it was terrifying and well very stinky but hey it was way worth it! i mean why take a cable car when you can ride a donkey(;

next stop...Mykonos and Olympia, Greece!

a four wheeler jungle

our first stop in greece was corfu, the land of the kumquats (random right?) haha on this island my fam and i decided to do a 4 wheel excursion through all the beautiful hills and mountains. except to our surprise it was more like the indiana jones excursion...it was one hairpin turn after the other. thank god my mom can drive stick or i probably wouldn't have made it back alive hehe jking. but really, i proudly deemed her mrs. indiana jones. 

that day was also hotter then hell, hence my hair up and vest off by the end of the day! but it was totally worth it and well was one day i'll never forget. we also got to try kumquat liquor...which to be honest was not my favorite...but the coolest part was probably just seeing my mom drive like an off roading pro. haha who would have thought these orange county girls could be so tough(;

my darling's, i'm back from my wonderful trip to greece and italy. but like any other trip it feels so good to be home, i mean i almost didn't survive without seeing my phillip for 2 weeks! and i apologize for my lack of blogging but we didn't get internet on the ship and i was trying my hardest to be disconnected from the social media world...and especially for me i need time off of my internet life (it's so easy to get caught up in the life of my macbook, blogging, facebook etc.)

anyways, the trip was so perfect and i have to say that everywhere we went felt like we were walking in postcards, it was a jaw-dropper trip for sure. hehe, oh and these photos are from the first 2 days when we boarded the ship and what not. i will be posting lots more about our trip...and i promise i have LOTS of pictures to share.
next stop....Corfu, Greece!
