Life is good, really really good. I'm sure I'm sounding redundant when I say that I had yet another spectacular weekend! Ultimately, I was sort of surprised because I had to stay at my apartment all weekend, which usually means spending entire days in sweats doing nothing but countless hours of studying. But thankfully, that wasn't the case.
And on a hot weekend in LA I threw on my "go-to" light summery dress. With relaxation on my mind, I wanted to wear something easy and soft...so the dress seemed perfect for the occasion! Dressing for the weekend is always my favorite, I mean who doesn't want to just let loose?
But what was so special about my weekend was that both my mom and dad came down to visit! Because of their busy schedules they each made their own trip (working to my full advantage, because I got two lunches (;...shhhh!) I decided to take my mom to this hip and cool cafe called olive&thyme (best hummus ever) and my dad to a retro diner PATYS where I had breakfast for lunch so yumm! Both places suited their personalities to the tee too.
Oh, this is entirely random but I just gave myself a french manicure...it was way easier then I thought...I WILL TOTALLY SHARE ON MY NEXT POST! :)
