wow, i've missed this place. i can sit here and whine about how difficult school is but you know what, why whine...! okay, so who in california is obsessed with the cold weather? it's finally cold enough to bundle up in the most obscenely chunky sweaters and obnoxious knit scarves, hehe right? i'm sure that's what all the men are thinking. but that's my favorite thing about the chilly air.
recently, i have been on an american eagle binge. i never used to shop there because so much of their stuff was logo-y and preppy but i feel like they have shifted their brand around...and well i'm in love.
the jeans in this outfit are from american eagle and well i can't get enough of them, they stretch, they're warm and not to mention they are the perfect length (finally!)

well in other news, i hope all of you love bugs are well and enjoying the christmas music, chilly air, oversized sweaters and holiday drinks!

so...how was everyone's weekend? good i hope. mine was packed with fun, friends and food! i went to a rascal flatts concert, watched some football, did some shopping and ate. but back to the books it is for me. gosh this week is gonna be a busy one. i'll probably be spending the week in comfy shorts, plain tees and booties.
on the note of clothes...i wore this outfit to school last week. it was perfect because since i planned on being at school from morning to night, i needed something that was comfortable, kept me cool outside and warm inside (since the classrooms are like 50 degrees lol!) so cotton shorts, oversized tops and booties were ideal..and how cute is that print on my shorts! total love.

a day at the fair

what's a summer complete without a trip to the fair? 

....it's not. i love going to the fair for obvious reasons like the kiddy atmosphere, the overly fried food, the weird booths, the cute animals and etc. but it's become a tradition for my man and i every summer! this year i unfortunately had my wisdom teeth out that week so i was a little sore but i still made the best of it. and how sweet is that stuffed animal my stud of a man won for me...darling right? 

on the fashion side, i tried to find a look that would be comfortable and warm if it got a little chilly (which it didn't..it was soooo hot) also, i have been totally in love with american eagle jeans. they are like wearing leggings, and i'm not kidding! these bad boys were on sale for 16$ woohooo

simple and sweet

ellooo ladies and gents, hope everyone is enjoying the last couple weeks of summer. can you believe it's almost fall (eeeep!) i can't...but i sure as hell am excited since fall is my favorite season. i mean hey, i love sweaters, sniffing pumpkin candles and sipping pumpkin spice lattes. in other news, i've been on a school supply shopping spree (that's the total nerd coming out in me) there is just something so motivating about fresh notebooks and new pens and pencils...okay at least that's how i feel, haha

but since this is an outfit post, let's talk about this look which i adore. i wore it on a double date with my man and our friends! there is just something so refreshing and sweet about a white top, blue jeans and brown wedges. it's just so classy and not to mention comfy!
